Meet our PASTOR.
Rev. E. Allen Redwell Jr. is the beloved pastor of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church of Drummond TN.
A uniquely gifted and anointed preacher, teacher, pastor, singer, and motivational speaker, Pastor E. Allen Redwell, Jr., is one of the rising trailblazers in the gospel ministry.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Redwell always had a love and passion for The Lord, The Church, and The Preaching of the Gospel. Born into a family full of pastors and preachers, Pastor Redwell, Jr., knew that God had a special calling on his life. At the age of 3, he would listen to his father, Rev. Dr. Errol Redwell, Sr., preach and recite his full sermons word for word.
Pastor Redwell professed hope in Jesus Christ at the age of 9. After confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior of his life, Pastor Redwell found himself serving in many ministries in the church. He served as the first junior deacon of the Samaritan Bible Baptist Church, youth choir director, and church musician.
In August of 2000, Pastor E. Allen Redwell, Jr., moved to Memphis, TN; he noticed a tremendous passion for God’s word coupled with a love for God’s people. Having received his mandate from God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Pastor Redwell obediently answered his calling to the Gospel ministry.
After accepting his call and being ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, God elevated Pastor Redwell to serve. He served the community as the Executive Pastor of Greater Middle Baptist Church of Memphis, TN., Senior Pastor of Ambassador for Christ Christian Church of Memphis, TN., and Greater Gethsemane Baptist Church of Memphis, TN. Not only did God elevate Pastor Redwell to Pastoral Ministry, but God also blessed him to enroll through the halls of higher learning.
He attended Tennessee School of Religion, Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary, and International College of Ministry in Orlando, Florida, and Leadership Memphis. Pastor Redwell has received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling, a Masters of Arts degree in Theology, and a Leadership Certificate from Leadership Memphis. He is currently enrolled and attending Union University in Jackson, TN.
Pastor E. Allen Redwell, Jr., serves on several civic boards such as the Memphis Police Department Clergy Ambassadors Division, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Faith-Based Community Academy, the Congregational Health Network of Methodist LeBonheur Hospital North, and the Memphis Baptist Ministerial Association.
Pastor Redwell is the very proud host of Spiritual Reset with E. Allen Redwell, Jr. Ministries; An international radio broadcast aired each Monday on Finding My Way Radio. He also serves as the Superintendent of Evangelism for the Memphis District Association and a certified instructor for the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.
God has truly blessed Pastor Redwell, Jr., to preach and teach across the country. One of the highlights of Pastor Redwell’s ministry was being featured as the cover story in the Spirit Magazine. Pastor Redwell‘s greatest joy is serving God’s people! He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of the Historic St. Mark Missionary Church of Drummonds, TN., where he diligently preaches and teaches the unadulterated Word of God.
Pastor E. Allen Redwell, Jr., is a man who is on fire for God and has the anointing of God in his life. He believes God has purposed and called him to Exalt the Savior through worship, Equip the Saints through discipleship, and Evangelize the Sinners through evangelism. Pastor Redwell believes in fulfilling the mission that God has assigned him to do here on earth.
Pastor Redwell has a heart for people and ministry and displays it through his everyday living. His mantra is, “People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.” His lifelong mission is to help change a generation by enhancing the mindset of every person he comes across.
